• Establish customer rapport to sell the right products and services through high volume, outbound phone contact
• Develop key client relationships, negotiating and closing deals.
• Convert lost opportunities to sales from technicians’ invoices and sales representatives’ proposals.
• Get potential customers excited about the company and encourage them to spread the word.
• Become an expert of your market area, know the customer needs.
• Help set aggressive sales plans, propose expansions.
• Schedule appointments for a return by a service technician
• Schedule/dispatch the right technician using allotted hierarchy to maximize sales and profit
• Conduct calls with a keen customer focus looking for missed opportunity and spreading goodwill for future sales (heating, plumbing, and retro) customer.
• Efficiently master overcoming price objections
• Efficiently master basic tech understanding such as technician lingo and basic systems understanding
• Create and maintain a glossary for technical understanding
• Periodically head into the field with technicians to learn service system agenda and updates
• Miscellaneous duties as assigned

HOW TO SUCCEED HERE AS AN INSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE:

• You take pride in your work and show up every day with bells on, at least 10 minutes early
• You have an incredible sense of humor to fit in with the rest of us!
• You are truly a self-starter. No need for someone who needs CONSTANT direction….. Please and thanks.
• You both give and accept transparent feedback, even if it deflates your ego. We are a bunch of straight shooters up in here.

WHAT WE LOOK FOR:

• A high school diploma or GED preferred, not required
• Competent in MS Office
• Highly organized with exceptional follow-through abilities
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• A strong SELLING mindset
• Outgoing personality that blends well with a fast paced and goal-driven environment
• Willing and able to accept and embrace change
• Work schedule is as follows: Monday-Friday from 8AM-4:30PM with one evening shift requirement from 11AM-8PM. There will be a rotating Saturday from 8AM-4:30PM approximately once a month.
