Title: Inside Sales Representative (ISR)
Status: Non-Exempt
Reports to: CEO
Salary Range: $17 - $20/hour
Mission: The Inside Sales Representative drives new sales opportunities for Daxbot. By answering and responding to each sales lead Daxbot receives, via any type of incoming media, they generate new sales conversations and will follow them to close.
Major Responsibilities and Duties:
- Answer all incoming sales leads, via e-mail, phone, company website, etc. in a timely manner
- Generate new sales conversations
- Must be adept at documentation and record keeping
- Learn and understand current sales processes and make recommendations for improvements
- Contact customers for referrals and create special incentives through local events
- Attend events (rodeo/carnivals/fairs) as requested by the CEO
- Be diligent in creating sales leads and gathering information to help create sales opportunities
- Go the extra mile in helping Daxbot’s customers
- Perform other duties as requested by the CEO
Qualifications:
- An interest in robotics and being willing to learn aspects of robotics (such as driving a robot) is desired
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite applications and CRMs
- Positive attitude, team-oriented, self-starter who can work alone and in a collaborative manner to achieve team goals
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
