Summary/Objective
The Grunt Style Wholesale Team is growing aggressively. Our mission is to strengthen the Grunt Style brand through our network of premium retail partners. We are hiring an Inside Sales Account Manager to help us continue growing, without losing focus on our current customer network. The Inside Sales Account Manager will partner with our National Account Manager to provide world-class service to our top national and key regional accounts. This position is expected to support outside sales people, as well as engage and establish strong relationships with our top accounts. In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of sales tasks, including meeting and exceeding sales targets, building strong relationships with current partners that drive growth in sales, and mastering all of the systems and processes that are necessary for the wholesale business.

Requirements: Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 1-3 years of experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Exceptional client management and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other business applications.

Preferred Education and Experience

  • BA or BS in Sales, Marketing, or Business Administration.
  • 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Strong track record of success with prior experience in a similar role.

Work Environment
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, and printers/copiers.
Physical Demands
This is a desk job that is expected to sit and be on a computer for long periods of time.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time hybrid position- employee will be expected to work in the office a few days out of the week.
Travel
Ability to travel as needed. Minimal travel is expected.
