Position: Infrastructure Engineer
Location: Redmond, WA (Onsite)
Duration: 12 months
- Experience on Azure Working knowledge on Networking hardware and concepts
- Good Experience on Windows Server Admin, AD
- Ability to install Operating System on Servers and Devices
- Strong Endpoint device support experience (i.e. desktop computers, laptops)
- Working Knowledge of PowerShell
- Excellent Troubleshooting Skills(Hardware, OS)Provisioning and Racking of hardware
- Ability to support Audio Video needs Work Experience in using iLO/DRAC/KVMoIP
- Ability to reset a room for a demo using Intune and Autopilot
- Ability to work on IoT devices
- Strong customer relations experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent analytical and organizational skills Understanding of Inventroy management and CMDB updating
- Identify and Implement Service and Process improvement initiatives
- Ability to plan, prioritize and execute Deployment activities based on available resources
