Position Summary:
Provide software and network support, training, and troubleshooting in a networked microcomputer environment.
Essential Functions:
Acts as information technology support to the entire agency
Track and complete projects in a timely manner
Installs, configures, maintains, and troubleshoots a wide range of software
Responds to software problems, investigates appropriate areas of a potential problem, and determines the resolution
Provides network support which includes installing networked application software, granting access to users, creating user groups, managing shared resources, and installing peripherals
Contacts software vendors to obtain specifications, pricing, and other purchase-related information
Trains users on basic computer use
Other duties as assigned to support the mission of the agency

Daylight, Monday-Friday hours. Some flex schedule, a mix of office, work from home and travel hours!!
The salary range is $45,000-$50,000. Depending on experience and education.
Qualifications:
Preferred but not required, AA/AS degree in a computer-related field plus two years of relevant experience; a BA/BS degree in computer science or related experience; or the combination of education and experience that enables the performance of all aspects of the position.
Special technical knowledge of the techniques and procedures of software and network support for multiple users. Sufficient analytical skills to assess problems or unusual situations and develop solutions.
Valid driver’s license, proof of auto insurance, Act 33/34 and FBI clearances will be required. Individuals who have accessed human services are encouraged to apply. EOE/ADA
