• Receives trouble calls from customers and directs them to the appropriate area while following protocols.
• Coordinates in person and MS Teams meetings.
• Set up meetings to coordinate assistance.
• Monitor trends in technology and recommend improvements/upgrades.
• Manages independent projects at the supervisor’s direction.
• Assist with Password resets and related IT functions
• Prepares requisition of HW/SW for approval.
• Communicates with vendors to requisition required materials in support of the assigned customers and programs.
• Collaborate with team and customers and responds to unexpected requirements.
• Maintain contact with supervisor and other team members.

• High School Diploma or higher

• At least one year working experience with hardware/software installations
• At least one year working experience with Microsoft Office 365 Applications

• Proficient Microsoft Office 365 Application skills
• Troubleshoot, maintain, and repair computer hardware independently
• Replace and install computer hardware and software
• Must be able to use organizational skills to collaborate with customers and colleagues in a fast-paced environment
• Must be able to remain flexible to shifting priorities
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Effective communication skills with an appreciation for the appropriate ways to interact with managers, coworkers, and customers
• Telework will be available with some onsite customer meetings required within a two-day notice.
