The IS Analyst will serve as the initial point of support & troubleshooting for account administration, desktops/laptops, mobile devices, Point of Sale Systems, applications, hardware, and network connectivity problems remotely or for corporate users onsite.

Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for technical issues faced by store and corporate staff and gather all necessary information to accurately assess reported issues.
- Perform troubleshooting on all IT issues including networking, system/application access, software, and hardware.
- Coordinate vendor and field technician resources to prioritize and provide timely resolution of escalated issues.
- Direct unresolved issues to the proper internal resource for escalation and facilitate support until a resolution is provided.
- Provide updates to customers and management on the status of urgent, recurring, and high-profile problems.
- Installing and configuring new hardware and software.
- Assist with departmental projects as needed.
- A+ Certification OR
- Associate Degree in a related field OR
- 2+ years of similar IT support experience
- Experience working in a Customer Service/Client focused environment
- Experience working with Windows 7 and 10
- Experience working with iOS and Android
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Installing and configuring new hardware and software.
- Basic understanding of Networking, TCP/IP, VOIP, LAN and Wireless protocols
- Knowledge of PC imaging solutions
