Sierra Chemicals is a privately-owned industrial cleaning organization. We offer industrial cleaning to help maximize the efficiency of natural gas processing facilities and compressor sites. We offer a range of services across the U.S.

Responsibilities:

· Travel 75% to various locations/states to perform industrial cleaning services

· Ensure that your team follows all safety procedures and are equipped with proper PPE and tools/resources to perform jobs safely and efficiently

· Plan work and obtain needed materials for scheduled work, including travel and lodging arrangements for your team.

· Inspect work areas and review job packages (JSA, JHA, etc.) to determine the type of work required and materials and equipment to be used.

· Assist members of team with hands-on activities and supervise as needed.

· Operate equipment such as forklifts, scissor lifts, generators, etc.

· Train team in proper equipment operation.

· Ensure vehicles and equipment are properly maintained including scheduling and completing maintenance, and cleaning, and always equipped with necessary tools/equipment.

· Communicate any changes in job status to appropriate departments and customer as needed

· Ensure accuracy/completion of team members’ timesheets.

· Directly supervise 2-4 members Field Service Crew which includes the following: training, planning, assigning, and directing work; assessing performance; encouraging and counseling employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

Minimum qualifications for our Field Superintendent:

· Live in or near close proximity (65 miles) of local office (Rifle, Colorado).

· High school diploma or general education degree (GED).

· 3+ years of experience in field management.

· Demonstrate superior communication skills both verbal and written.

· Ability to be hands-on.

· Ability to work in varying weather conditions.

· Valid driver’s license

· Must have experience applying policy and procedure.

Preferences:

· Previous travel experience with a crew.

· Equipment operation experience.

· Class A CDL. (Endorsements are highly desirable)

Salary potential: Highly competitive

Sierra provides technical training certificates for our three cleaning processes - Fin Fan, Hydroblasting, and Clean-in-Place Circulation. You may increase your income by 20% within a year to 18 months of your start date when you complete these certifications.

Sierra believes every team member is important to our success, so we offer quarterly bonuses based on personal work performance as well as annual profit-sharing based on the organization’s performance. Combined, these may represent up to 7% of your base pay.

We also offer a great benefits program that includes health, dental, an employee assistance program, a life insurance plan, plus a 401k with a 100% match up to 4% of your base pay.
