SPREAD YOUR WINGS LLC.(SYW LLC.) began in 2015 in a one small office growing into now six office locations throughout Northern and Central California, serving over 30 counties. We provide various services to adults with intellectual disabilities.

As part of the ILS team, you will support and teach the individuals assigned to you functional life skills that align with their individual support plan, helping them strengthen and grow in their independence, so they can live as independently as possible in the environment they choose.

All we would need is…_

• A passion for helping others, especially the disabled population.
• Flexibility with scheduling to meet client needs according to their availability.
• The ability to meet with clients in their homes and the community, often taking them to medical appointments and running errands.
• Your reliability and professionalism can make a difference in the lives of the individuals we serve.
• Your capacity to work under minimal supervision, have excellent time management, and ability to maintain your monthly schedule while meeting required billable hours.
• Proficient with computers, specifically basic knowledge and use of Microsoft Word and Excel to compose a simple summary of each shift as a part of daily case notes.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with clients, families, circle of support, the Regional Center, and other agencies, also providing services to shared clients while maintaining confidentiality at all times.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality, ensuring clients’ documents, records, and reports are current and accurate at all times. This includes annual and quarterly reviews, incident reports, and documentation of medications.
