Job Summary:
Source and recruit healthcare professionals. Objectively build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external staff through excellent customer service and communication.
Responsibilities:
- Qualifying and producing a steady inventory of quality applicants
- Understand and consistently meet daily/weekly sales Key Performance Indicators.
- Develop complete knowledge of the different specialties and units assigned.
- Maintain healthy relationships in potentially challenging situations.
- Foundational understanding of compliance, company database and other sourcing job boards.
Experience:
Minimum 1 year recruitment experience
Healthcare experience preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
