The Independent Living Support (ILS) Program Manager will serve as a leader for the program and all it’s supporting staff. They will be responsible for the day-to-day operation of the Ashland Branch office and its programs.

· In accordance with company, government, and contractual regulations the ILS Manager will handle the enrollment, ongoing support, and discharging of all clients.

· Provide supervision of all staff and caregivers within the program to support them to provide excellent care through training, communication, and documentation of expectations.

· Following quality assurance policies and procedures and being able to follow through with any concerns that may arise by completing proper investigations.

· Communication and organization skills are a necessity for this position and experience with handing multiple tasks at the same time while ensuring all parties are updated in a timely manner is essential.

· Marketing and educating our services to the community and funding sources. Working with directors and other management on program development and growth of company.

· Finalize and approve schedules, timecards, and employee leave requests.

· Complete employee performance reviews, staff disciplinary actions, and coach staff to be successful.

· Computer and other technology skills are a must with multiple software programs and the use of different online provider portals are required along with phone applications for timecards are used daily.

· Communication skills and maintaining professionalism through emails, phone calls, and in person visits with care teams, guardians, family members and clients.

· Having the ability to work with various populations of individuals of varying levels of disability and having the knowledge of the best way to offer support to them and the staff which will be working with them.

· Attending manager meetings on a regular basis and offering suggestions that could improve programming, being open minded to suggestions, and handing change well.

Pay: From $37,440.00 per year
