Job Summary

The Regional Support Manager helps to manage the success of our operation in multiple high-volume home delivery environments. Due to the unique challenges of the industry, it is essential that applicants possess the skills necessary for success in performance-based environments that focus on client service, urgency, and continuous improvement.

Job Duties + Responsibilities:

Assisting Regional Director in 2+ Accounts with the following:

  • New Account Start-Ups

o Recruiting of Employees & Contract Carriers

o Continue to support new management throughout Onboarding

  • Vacation/Staffing Coverage
  • Location Audits
  • Spreadsheet Tracking

o Daily Snapshots

o Daily Truck Inspections

o Weekly Truck Audits

  • Stand Up Stage Updates

o Providing weekly information to locations (pictures, safety topics, etc.)

· Weekly updates of each location visited

· Provide input for staffing strategies to meet needs for all locations

· Provide extensive knowledge of TopHAT procedures – Operations & Corporate

  • Travel 75% of the time
  • All other duties + responsibilities as set forth by Regional Director.

Qualifications/ Requirements

· 2+ years logistics/In Home Delivery experience preferred.

· 3-5 years of management experience preferred.

· Knowledge of dispatching + routing required.

· Proficient Time Management Skills

· Detail Oriented – timely and accurate feedback required.

· Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook).

· Excellent ability to problem solve/troubleshoot.

· NetSuite / P&L experience preferred.

· Knowledge of DOT regulations preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
