Import/Export Coordinator Job at Roche Bobois

Duties:
- Proficient with MS. Office, Excel, and have the ability to quickly learn other company specific programs-Ecolix
- Must possess excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Manage the Import/export process
- Serve as contact with factories in Italy, Portugal and France to ensure proper loading of orders
- Serve as contact with U.S Customs broker for timely receipt of Import Documentation, Customs Releases and availability at the ports
- Scheduling of containers with the European hubs and to the distribution center
- Maintain Import files
- Work closely with all Roche Bobois Northeast Networks Stores to provide accurate tracking information of client orders
Qualifications:
- Experience in the Ocean Import/Export Industry preferred (not required)
- Very comfortable using a computer
- Knows how to handle large volume of emails
- Bachelor's Degree

Pay: $43,000.00 - $47,000.00 per year
