Alliance Metals Group (AMG) is a Distributor of Stainless fittings & components located in Omro, WI We are seeking an experienced purchasing individual that will be involved in all purchasing activities. (Import & Domestic)
Responsibilities:
Responsibilities:
- Monitor stock levels to identify purchasing requirements.
- Maintain set inventory levels.
- Indent ordering
- Update internal database with order details.
- Follow up with suppliers, as needed, to confirm or change orders.
- Research potential new vendors.
- Track orders to ensure timely delivery.
- Performing cycle counts and reconciling inventory.
Qualifications:
- Purchasing experience required
- Experienced utilizing purchasing/business software.
- Good organizational skills.
- Understanding of supply chains.
