Illustrator Job at Retro-Rifle
We are expanding our design team and looking for a graphic designer with a passion for creativity to design custom apparel in Mesa, Az. Would be responsible for creating high quality graphics, organizing and compiling files to be sent off to manufacturers. A successful Designer should be able to come up with original ideas while being able to work well with constuctive feedback and revisions.
Responsibilities
- Create 2-3 original designs a week
- Forming tech packs and compiling files into the correct sales channel
- Corroborate with lead designer
- Ability to manage multiple projects with ever changing deadlines
- Various Logo Types that can work across a spectrum of products.
- Large format graphics for signs, banners, wall wraps etc.
- Conceptualizing new ideas for products based on production capabilities.
Skills
- 5+ years experience with Illustrator and Photoshop
- Must have understanding of patterns and textiles
- Must be proficient with vectors
- Exceptional communication
- Self-starting and a 'can do' attitude
- Excellent time management and proven organizational skills with files and layers
- Growing and elevating our internal brand
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Graphic Design/related discipline
- Portfolio of recent work must be submitted for consideration
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Mesa, AZ 85202: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
