IEP Coordinator Job at Plaquemines Parish School Board
Qualifications:
- Master's Degree and at least five years experience working with special education students
- Valid LA Teacher Certificate or Ancillary Certificate
Job Responsibilities:
- Support teachers in areas of curriculm, behavior managment, and special education guidelines/law
- Knowledge of curriculum and scheduling
- Coordinate and monitor IEP's for compliance
- Understand and interpret most current Bulletins
- Plan and deliver in-services
- Conduct Manifestation Determination Reviews
- Transistion Coordinator
- Knowledge of elementary, middle and high school programming
