Direct Care Professionals will:
- Provide quality care to adults with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities.
- Transport individuals to appointments and activities.
- Maintain detailed documentation using an online system.
- Assist with activities of daily living such as cooking meals, laundry, cleaning, and personal hygiene.
- Administer medications.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or HS equivalent.
- Valid driver's license and clean MVR record.
- Obtains all required training, skills, and certifications required. (CPR and First Aid Certs for example)
- Ability to pass a background check and drug test.
- Previous experience working with persons who struggle with intellectual, developmental, or behavioral health challenges is preferred.
