ICU RN - FT Nights w/ Benefits Job at Putnam County Hospital
Provides direct and indirect patient care in the critical care setting. Communicates with physicians about changes in patients clinical condition including hemodynamic monitoring, results of diagnostic studies and symptomatology. Is able to respond quickly and accurately to changes in condition or response to treatment. Additionally, is able to perform general nursing duties in all departments with adequate supervision.
Candidate Qualifications:
- RN with current, active Indiana license
- BLS certification required
Must be:
- Reliable, compassionate, professional, and a patient advocate.
- Organized, work effectively independently and within a multidisciplinary team.
- Able to recognize changing patient conditions and effectively communicate with physician and other team members.
