Open Door Center is seeking Full Time Direct Support Professionals to work with Adults and Children with disabilities in their home and school/work settings. The role of DSP is to support individual with special needs with all aspects of life, including health, personal cares, therapeutic, educational, recreational, and leisure activities, to achieve the best health and life possible.
The ICF atmosphere allows the person supported to pursue normal living experiences in a homelike environment. Day Activity program emphasizes exposure and reinforcement in activities of daily living which include communication skills, self awareness, physical and emotional development, and skill development in preparation for entry into a work activity program.
We are currently seeking motivated, responsible, fun individuals to join our growing team.
Day Shifts $16.75/hr
Evening $17.25/hr
All shifts require every other weekend and some holidays
Variety of shifts a week from 4 – 10 hours to 5 – 8 hour shifts
