Lee Health is seeking an HVI Heart Health Advanced Practice Provider!

Position Description:

Lee Health Heart & Vascular Institute is looking for Physician Assistants (PAs) and Advanced Practice Registered Nurses (APRNs) for our HeartHealth program. Candidate should have experience in Cardiology. This position will be working with Lee Health employees and spouses participating in our HeartHealth Program. The position consists of televisits that include screening/scheduling for Coronary CTAs, result and lab follow-ups, prescribing pre and post medications based off a treatment algorithm and monitoring for medication refills/reactions.

Cardiology experience preferred

Schedule will be 40 hours weeks (combination of shorter/longer days depending on need)

Possibility of an occasional weekend but would be remote if weekend day is required

Role will be approximately 60% patient care/40% data management

EPIC EHR and Dragon Dictation for both Inpatient and Outpatient settings

Candidates must have graduated from an accredited program and able to obtain a Florida license
