HVAC Maintenance Specialist Job at C. Martin Company
Performs apprentice level preventive maintenance, repair, and operation of heating, ventilation, air conditioning and refrigeration (HVAC/R) systems and equipment (reference Appendix I – Equipment List).
-Team member participating in installation, troubleshooting, modification, overhauls, repairs, and maintenance of a variety of HVAC/R systems.
-Performs basic work independently but performs more complex work with technical oversight.
-Performs basic electrical work incidental to the maintenance and operation of HVAC/R systems and other systems covered under the contract.
-Utilizes safety practices and procedures following established safety rules and regulations and maintains a safe and clean work environment.
Qualifications: Minimum 2 years’ experience is required. Must demonstrate the necessary knowledge, skills and abilities gained through training and/or experience to perform the duties described above. Office Hourly Rate: $24.88/HR, Fringe Benefit: $4.23/HR (eligible to be used toward Health and Welfare Benefits), Hours: 7:15am – 4:00pm M-F, 11 Paid Holidays, 56 Sick/Personal Hours per year available as accrued from start date (1.33 hours per week) 80 Vacation Hours available after 1 year of service Opportunity for Overtime work
