Primary Job Functions: To analyze blueprints, project plans, and other required documents to obtain a thorough understanding of the project. The HVAC Commercial Estimator will determine factors that will influence the cost of the service and/or product and prepare all necessary estimates. This role is responsible for estimating building costs through all stages of design and construction of the project.

Required Qualifications:

• Five (5+) or more years experience in the construction estimating or related field
• Exceptional mathematical skills and strong attention to detail
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications
• Strong management skills and ability to multitask
• Strong customer service skills
• Ability to handle physical workload
• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
