We have an exciting opportunity for a Full-Time Human Resources Specialist at our Beretania location.
Position Summary:
Responsible for performing HR-related duties on a professional level in the following areas: recruitment, training, onboarding, and payroll. Provides administrative support to the Human Resources department.
Requirements:
1. Office experience (6 months)
2. Typing 40 wpm
3. Excellent communication skills
4. Professional presentation
5. Attention to detail
6. Maturity to handle confidential information
7. Organized
8. Ability to work under deadline and interruptive pressure
Experience Preferred:
1. Human Resources experience
2. 10-key by touch
3. Computer experience (windows based programs)
4. Interviewing/recruiting experience
