POSITION DETAILS

This position plays a vital role in establishing and maintaining a positive work environment for our team.

Responsibilities will include:

- Active involvement in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process.

- Creating and implementing effective onboarding plans.

- Assisting in performance management processes.

- Setting and monitoring goals with team members. Encouraging growth and development with our team members.

- Processing time off requests.

- Reviewing / approving time entries for all team members.

- Maintain company benefits package (health, dental, vision, retirement, life, etc.) Ensure applicable renewal paperwork is completed each year, enroll new team members as applicable, etc.

- Create and monitor workplace policies.

- Conflict resolution.

- Supporting the management of disciplinary and grievance issues.

- Maintain employee records according to policy and legal requirements.

Our crew works year round - ability to work overtime is required.
