Position: Human Resources Manager

Reports To: Assistant HR Director

Work Schedule: 8:30am- 5:00pm (flexible as needed)

SCOPE OF POSITION:

The Human Resource Manager will assist in managing the routine functions of the Human Resources (HR) department to include recruiting efforts, benefits administration, HRIS maintenance, leave management, and compliance under the direction of the Assistant HR Director.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTION AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage the staffing process, including full-cycle recruitment, interviewing, and hiring and onboarding
  • Ensure consistency with JD’s and job postings
  • Manage the benefits administration process and associated compliance
  • Ensure TCS’s compliance with local, state, and federal regulations
  • Assist in updating company policies and procedures
  • Help to ensure all company policies are applied consistently
  • Maintain company organization charts and employee directory
  • Maintain HRIS systems and processes
  • Create and present clear and concise HR reports
  • Provide support and guidance to HR staff
  • Act as a liaison between HR and TCS staff
  • Other duties as assigned

  • Communicate effectively, orally and in writing with internal and external stakeholders within specified timeframes.

  • Make ethical decisions which comply with TCS Code of Conduct, State and Federal regulations and adhere to all requirements and updates.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred (or additional years of experience than normally required)
  • 5-7 years prior experience as a lead HR team member
  • Experience in educating and coaching staff
  • Excellent computer skills, including the Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills
  • Excellent organization and time-management skills

WORKING CONDITIONS AND ENVIRONMENT:

  • Must be willing to work onsite.
  • Must be able to lift up to 20lbs, carry laptop, briefcase, files, folders, etc.
  • Must be able to input data into the computer.
  • Reaching, pulling, pushing, and bending as applicable.
  • Office equipment must be used only for TCS job functions.
  • Must maintain access to secure and reliable internet.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
