Job Description:

RE/DONE is looking for an HR Manager to oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes. The Human Resource Manager will lead and direct the routine functions of the Human Resources (HR) department including enforcing company policies and practices, partnering with department managers on hiring and interviewing staff, benefits, and leave, and administering pay.

Duties:

· Manage full onboarding & offboarding process, including paperwork compliance, training, and providing insight onto company culture and benefit & perks.

· Answer employee questions not limited to: HR policy / procedure interpretation, time off, leave of absence, health insurance, etc.

· Manage bi-weekly payrolls for corporate & retail employees.

· Track & notify new hires of their benefit eligibility, meet with newly eligible employees to provide full understanding of available health benefit options.

· Manage health & safety for corporate offices in CA & NY.

· Provide full circle benefit assistance including processing employee enrollments, changes, renewals, and terminations for medical, dental, vision, 401(K).

· Serve as an ambassador for company culture helping plan office activities, company events and implement new perks.

· Manage training and development of managers and staff, including required state by state law Sexual Harassment training and company policies and processes.

· Work directly with CFO & Leadership team for salary reviews through the company, along with benefit & perk packages.

· Manage workers compensation claims and assist with annual workers compensation audit.

· Guide managers through employee relation issues or questions.

· Brainstorm with executive team on how to continuously better the company's Health & Wellness program, depending on employee population's wants and needs, including health & wellness event throughout the year.

· Research market trends to continuously improve upon HR functions -Work with employees to manage Leave of Absences according to company policy and state and federal laws.

· Recruiting-Manage employee life cycle from budgeting, job postings, screenings through onboarding.

Skills/Qualifications:

· Proven working experience as HR Manager or other HR Executive.

· People oriented and results driven.

· Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics.

· Knowledge of HR systems and databases.

· Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills.

· Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.

· Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.

· In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.

· Degree in Human Resources or related field.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
