Job Description:
We have an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and self-motivated Human Resources Leader in our Loveland, CO facility. A critical member of the local leadership team, the HR Leader / Business Partner provides both tactical and strategic HR leadership. This role supports and strengthens our team members and our business, by focusing on employee relations, performance management, benefits administration, and other initiatives that promote a healthy, people-centric culture for our team members.

Job Responsibilities

  • Serve as a member of and advisor to the local leadership team
  • Coach and mentor leaders and team members as appropriate
  • Lead local recruiting, on-boarding and off-boarding processes
  • Ensure consistent compliance with employment legislation
  • Oversee the facility’s safety program, ensuring adherence to various safety requirements including OSHA standards
  • Administer Corporate benefit programs and facilitate annual enrollment process
  • Facilitate training, educational programs, and events that encourage and enhance team member wellbeing and growth
  • Drive performance and compensation review processes on a local level, in partnership with the Culture & People Development Director
  • Provide support and assist leaders with disciplinary action and Performance Improvement Plans
  • Maintain Workday (HR system of record) and support team members with its use
  • Consistently apply appropriate judgment and discretion in the handling of sensitive and/or confidential information
  • Maintain strong community relations
  • Participate in and/or lead special projects as needed

Education/Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business or other related field
  • 5-7 years of relevant experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment
  • Strong knowledge of employment legislation and safety regulations
  • Experience with employee relations, performance management, meeting facilitation, training, leading and coaching others, managing multiple responsibilities, and leading organizational change
  • Demonstrated effective written, verbal, presentation and communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Prior Workday experience a plus

The approximate pay range for this position is $85,000 - $95,000. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and abilities as well as geographic location of the position.

Pay: $85,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
