The Human Resources Coordinator will provide administrative support to the Human Resources team with day to day operations specific to the areas of data and file management which includes data entry, maintaining associate files and HRIS system. Assist with recruitment, employee relations activities, benefits activities, training activities, and internal communication pieces. Provides clerical and administrative support to the Human Resources department and internal/external guest-focused support to the organization. Must be able to work with moderate supervision and be well organized.

Essential:
  • Ability to perform assigned tasks with attention to details.
  • Basic understanding of Human Resource principles.
  • Excellent communication skills, written and oral.
  • Solid computer skills with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher, G-suites).
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize projects and assignments.
  • Professional demeanor.
  • Ability to keep sensitive departmental issues confidential.
  • Clear understanding of customer/guest service.
  • Well organized.
  • Must be fluent in both English and Spanish
