About the Role
Dandy is in the process of hiring an HR Generalist - Manufacturing in Lehi, UT to join our growing People Ops team. This is a great opportunity for someone with experience growing an organization and its HR infrastructure who is looking for a great on-the-ground People and HR experience. This person will work closely with HRBPs and other internal functions to ensure employees at Dandy have a seamless experience with People systems and processes.
What You'll Do

  • Directly provide HR support for Dandy manufacturing leadership and employees
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to build and improve People processes and projects
  • Streamline existing administrative operations (employee records, internal databases)
  • Prepare HR documents like employment contracts, employee handbook revisions, and employee communications
  • Own and revise company policies and procedures
  • Coordinate with internal (e.g. recruiting) and external (e.g. insurance vendors) partners
  • Ensure legal compliance in HR-related issues
  • Serve as the site frontline point of contact by providing information, addressing employee questions, and resolving issues about HR-related matters
  • Assist payroll department by providing relevant employee information (e.g. leaves of absence, parental leave, etc.)

What We're Looking For

  • 3-5 years experience as an HR Generalist or similar position
  • Experience supporting a manufacturing or production workforce - including hourly, nonexempt populations
  • Proficiency in GSuite and HR software programs
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Excellent organizational, prioritization, and time management skills
  • Thorough knowledge of relevant legal regulations
