Human Resources Generalist Job at Geminus & Regional Health Systems
Geminus Corporation partners with community-based health care provides, social organizations and early chidhood education programs to help increase access to high-quality social healh care for children and families across Northwest Indiana. Geminus Corporation is a member of Regional Care Group.
Job Duties:
- Assist the hiring managers with recruitment by posting open positions on all social media platforms
- Track status of all job openings
- Phone screen candidates and make sure they meet the hiring requirements
- Schedule interviews for hiring managers
- Attend job fairs
Hiring Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources or a related field
- 1 year of related experience
- All employees are required to be fully vaccinated prior to their first day of employment. Religious and Medical exemptions will be accepted for review.

Pay: $43,014.40 - $57,342.51 per year
