Scope: The Human Resources Financial Analyst deal with HR related matters through the development, use and application of mathematical technological tools and analytics. The role involves diverse technical and soft skills.

Responsibilities: Work extensively with data and gather/interpret essential insights that drive people decisions enterprise wide relating to:

  • Work extensively with data and gather/interpret essential insights applying excellent mathematical skills relating to: compensation, budgeting, recruitment, retention and turnover
  • Compile HR data and metrics from Human Resources Information System (HRIS)
  • Support recruiting processes with data and statistics for trends and patterns
  • Recognize and suggest short term/long term goals, milestones, and benchmarks for key performance metrics
  • Contribute to arranging HR system projects in support of the overall HR strategy
  • Assist in yearly budget process supporting all business units, stakeholders, and executive management
  • Benchmark and analyze competitor practices and make recommendations to division head
  • Assist in projects and other duties as assigned by division head
  • Collaborate with team members to gather business intelligence from different data sources to support actionable recommendations
  • Create business reports dashboards and visualization to understand business metrics
  • Provide analysis and modeling
  • Utilize technical skills to create charts, graphs and modeling for visual understanding with key stakeholders
  • Utilize math skills to analyze key financial data across all sectors of business

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience using database tools and spreadsheets such as Mysql and Excel
  • Excellent mathematical skills and applications
  • Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
  • Strong communication skills written/verbal
  • Ability to multitask
  • Excellent analytical and critical skills

Education: Bachelor’s in Economics, Accounting or Finance required, Masters preferred.

Language: English/Spanish fluency & Portuguese a plus
