The Position:
· Is focused on maintaining a book of business and updating ATS System
· You will connect with candidates (job seekers) to book orientations and interviews
· You will maintain a list of vetted candidates as well as collaborate with your team to find the best possible fit for each job
Ideal Fit:
Making Multiple Outgoing Calls & Texts
· 2-5 years of experience in staffing and recruiting
· Able to confidently communicate
· Self-motivated and competitive
Makes friends easily, builds rapport with candidates and clients, believes in retention, has a great sense of humor!
