We are growing and hiring! Envision Benefits Group is looking for our next fabulous team member and we are in need of an HR Consultant. The HR Consultant will lead a variety of human resource projects and provide our amazing clients with great ideas, advise and support.

HR CONSULTANT DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
The goal is to maximize the value of our HR endeavors that will help our clients manage the HR function with ease and peace of mind.
- Provide advice and recommendations to HR & C Suite personnel
- Formulate strategic and practical plans to address human resource matters
- Assist in training of management and other personnel
- Assist in the development and integration of policies
- Review systems and processes and make modifications to address issues
- Conducts periodic audits of human resource activities to ensure compliance with laws, policies and procedures.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
DESIRED SKILLS/ABILITIES:
- 1-2 years of experience in the human resource field
- Solid understanding of research methods and analysis
- Computer savvy with working knowledge of human resource (ATS, Payroll etc.)
- An analytical mind with problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and consulting skills
- Degree in Human Resource related study is preferred but not required
- SHRM or PHR certification preferred, but not required
HOURS & WORK LOCATION:
Monday – Friday 8:30am – 5pm
This position requires an employee to live in the Buffalo NY area and work in an office environment.
This is a Full-Time 40 hour a week position.
