Requirements· 3-5 years’ experience as an HR Business Manager (with productivity and accountability platform experience) would be ideal. · Master’s or bachelor’s degree in HR or related Business degree.· PHR or SPHR Certification, strongly preferred. · Massive flexibility and autonomy will require you to be very organized, efficient, and structured with a commitment to accuracy, deadlines, and performance.· Expertise in all aspects of HR including but not limited to FMLA, LOA, and ADA.· Proven leader with a blend of superior, operational, Program/Project management, and leadership skills.· Ability to travel as required (estimate 10% of role).· Ability to have a “roll-up-the-sleeves” approach with a strong executive presence.· Results-driven, utilizing analytical rigor and working under pressure to handle time-sensitive projects. This job entails not only all the planning, coordinating, and evaluation of the various services, policies, and programs within Meddys; but also includes keeping a pulse on team relations, ensuring we are compliant with regulations, and coordinating the administration of services in regard to onboarding, benefits, and training. You will be solely responsible for the working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines, including but not limited to:
· Compensation practices. · Organizational diagnosis· Employee relations. · Diversity. · Performance management. · Federal and State respective employment laws. Your essential functions as an HR Business Leader also include, but are not limited to:
· Partnering with Senior management to proactively educate, promote, and develop a highly positive and engaged workforce. · Consult with management to understand business needs and provide HR guidance when appropriate. · Partner with Senior leaders and provide counsel to advance key initiatives. · Develop and build relationships with all team members for increased efficiency and responsiveness of existing operations and help define new operational strategies by working with the CEO and other executives on special projects. · Help Meddys maintain operational excellence through programs and processes excellence to improve team performance.
Pay/Benefits: Salary Range of $95,000-$110,000, Health Insurance (Medical/Dental/Vision), PTO.
