Human Resources Associate Job at Christ Fellowship
JOB SUMMARY:
The Human Resources Associate at Christ Fellowship Church provides support to the Executive Director of Human Resources & Leadership Development and works with the Human Resources Director to help coordinate daily HR functions and projects. This position works closely with Christ Fellowship Southeastern University (CFSEU), Human Resources, Leadership College, and helps support 450+ staff members across multiple campus locations.
JOB DUTIES:
- Manages the Executive Director's calendar, including preparation, and hospitality for scheduled meetings.
- General office duties such as ordering supplies, maintaining the organization of the supply closet, processing invoices, and reconciling department expense reports.
- Overseas hospitality for all HR events, including the onboarding process, recruitment events, and new staff experiences. Hospitality tasks include setting up rooms, ordering food, preparing environments, and cleaning up.
- Manages access ID badges for all staff.
- Assists the HR Director & Manager with recruitment and special projects as needed.
- Responds to regularly occurring requests for information.
- Handles confidential and non-routine information and explains policies when necessary.
- Executes the planning, execution, and scheduling of 90-day reviews, work anniversary check-ins, and exit processes.
EDUCATION:
Associate's Degree
RELEVANT WORK EXPERIENCE:
1-3 years of relevant experience
