We are seeking a Human Resources Assistant for our Salisbury, North Carolina Plant.
Summary:
Responsible for providing effective customer service and/or support at the front desk in the Human Resources Department. This position reports directly to the Human Resources Manager and is responsible for the general and specific job duties as described below:
Essential Job Functions:
- Assist employees with daily questions and concerns with regard to attendance and vacations.
- Provide all administrative/secretarial support to the HR Team.
- Monitor calls to “Call Off” Line, daily, notify supervisors and update records accordingly.
- Report generation as requested. Order supplies, meals, book travel.
- Filing, scanning, coping, drafting correspondence and all other administrative duties as needed and/or assigned.
- Communicate in Bi-lingual Spanish with employees as needed.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma required with an Associates or Certification in Administrative technologies is preferred.
- Bi-lingual in Spanish is strongly recommended.
- At least three years of customer service experience.
- Previous administrative assistant experience and excellent communication skills.
