This position is in-person on-site at our Roswell location.

Skills we are looking for include excellent organization ability, familiarity with HR software (Preference given to those with Paylocity experience), and strong communication. The ideal candidate will assist HR managers in payroll entry, whole recruitment lifecycle (e.g. onboarding new hires and candidate sourcing), and additional duties as they arise following a 2-4 week training period. Must live within a 20-mile radius of Roswell, GA and be able to commute daily.

Schedule: Mon-Fri 8:00am-5:00pm

  • Overtime, Strategic flexibility and additional compensation increase is available as position grows!

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with maintaining accurate and up-to-date human resource files, records, and documentation.
  • Assist with answering frequently asked questions from applicants and employees relative to standard policies, benefits, hiring processes, etc.; know when to refer more complex questions to appropriate supervisor or senior-level HR staff or management.
  • Maintains the integrity and confidentiality of human resource files and records.
  • Provides clerical support to the HR department.
  • Assist with payroll entry.
  • Acts as a liaison between the organization and external benefits providers and vendors, which may include health, disability, and retirement plan providers.
  • Works with Management to create job posts and review candidates timely.
  • Conducts or assists with new hire orientation.
  • Assists with planning and execution of special events such as benefits enrollment, organization-wide meetings, employee recognition events, holiday parties, and retirement celebrations.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential situations with tact, professionalism, and diplomacy.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
  • Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn payroll management, human resource information system (HRIS), and similar computer applications.
  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Ability to drive to local hiring events occassionally and represent the company.
  • Post content on social media related to job openings.
  • Associate degree or higher in a related field is preferred.
  • Prior related office experience required.

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
