As an HR Assistant you will be responsible for:
- Assisting the Human Resources Manager with various HR tasks
- Coordinating interviews for internal candidates both by phone and in person; greet candidates upon arrival
- Involvement with the new hire process, orientation, I9's and organizing and inputting employee files into the internal database
- Manage tracking of employee information to include: establishment of personnel files; development and processing of employee transactions/changes; performance evaluation and compensation; data entry and maintenance of personnel files, benefit files, and archived files. Ensure legal compliance of all records.
- Collects and distributes mail and messages.
- Provide administrative support to Human Resources as needed, including record-keeping, file maintenance, HRIS entry, and drafting and sending emails and notices within and outside of Human Resources
Qualifications
- 1+ years of Human Resources experience
- Bachelors Degree
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to adapt to a constantly changing environment
