Job Description: As a Human Resource Manager you will provide leadership with strategic thinking and be an integral part of our organization. You are responsible for recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and managing all phases of the HR process. In addition, you will work with our managers to ensure that employees HR needs are met following SERVPRO® Franchise procedures and processes. Responsibilities:
  • Recruiting - Posting ads, attending job fairs, screening applicants, setting up interviews with manager
  • Communicate with management staff to stay updated on current openings
  • Maintain accurate employee files and documentation
  • Hire, onboard and develop training schedules for new hires following SERVPRO® standard processes
  • Review and explain new hire paperwork to all new hires
  • Review all employee training on a consistent basis
  • Coordinate insurance benefit offers
  • Complete and document HR compliance
  • Document all Servpro property issued (uniforms, PPE, equipment, etc)
  • Set up and schedule Servpro Hiring Events

Qualifications:
  • A minimum of two years of HR Management Experience
  • Knowledge of current HR processes
  • Superb customer service, administrative, and verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail
  • Self-motivated and can work independently
Hours
  • 40 hours/week, flexible to work overtime when required
  • Vary between 7 a.m. and 7 p.m.
