The Quilted Cow in Branson West, MO is looking for one HR Specialist to join our 47 person strong team. This is a part time position that will allow the right candidate the opportunity to work from home. However, must be local and available to work on site as needed. We are located on 18593 Business 13 Suite 203. Our ideal candidate is attentive, ambitious, and reliable.

Responsibilities

*Maintain employee records including onboarding and termination documents *Manage employee complaints in a diplomatic manner *Answer high-level questions regarding employee benefits *Coordinate recruiting tactics with management and business needs

Qualifications

*Experience working in HR *Strong organizational skills with a high attention to detail *A positive and supportive attitude that supports our values and culture *Great problem solving skills and ability to resolve them

About The Quilted Cow: The Quilted Cow, located in the Ozark Mountains, just outside of Branson, Missouri opened in 2010 in the small lakeside village of Cape Fair. We originally opened as a clubhouse, of sorts, to gather and sew with friends in a welcoming atmosphere. After observing the trend of quilters traveling the area’s back roads on their way to vacation in Branson, we recognized the potential for accommodating their creative needs by offering a wider range of products and services, including an extensive variety of high quality fabrics. In addition to providing a casual, inspiring gathering place for creating and socializing, we also offer a full schedule of quilting classes, block of the month programs along with other events to meet a variety of quilting needs.
