HR Manager Job at Person Directed Supports, Inc.
Person Directed Supports Inc. is looking for a (Human Resources) HR Manager to work in a fast paced ever changing environment. The position requires knowledge of Human Resources functions experience as well as a Bachelor's degree in a related field from an accredited university.
The HR Manager will assist with and or manage:
- Employee disciplinary actions
- Employee outreach
- Agency policies and procedures
- Management of unemployment claims
- Assistance with benefits management
- Personnel file management
- Management of employee review committee
- Communication with agency counsel as needed
- Reviews of employee documentation
The HR Manger must have experience leading, mentoring, and coaching staff as well as the ability to counsel and develop a workforce.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
