A DAY IN THE LIFE:

  • Point of contact for general HR related questions for the property, employee service delivery
  • Scheduling interviews and phone screens working directly with candidates and hiring managers, in some cases arranging travel for visiting candidates
  • Updating candidate records and job postings in recruiting systems
  • Facilitates new hire process by preparing offer letter packets and coordinating relocation/travel
  • Providing follow-up correspondence to candidates on recruiting status via phone and email
  • Tracking recruiting activities and providing candidate status in a weekly report
  • Coordinate scheduling of post-interview debrief meetings
  • Identifying opportunities for improving candidate experience and scheduling efficiency
  • Assist in the coordination of other recruiting activities as needed
  • Provide support to Payroll and Benefits Specialist
  • Coordinate and execute employee recognition programs and events
  • Administrative duties

Salary: $26 to $28 an hour

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • 1-2 years of human resources administration or related experience
  • Experience in hotel or retail preferred, fast paced direct service roles
  • Strong MS Office proficiency
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems and Human Resources systems (Paylocity Preferred)
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $26.00 - $28.00 per hour
