HR Coordinator Job at Fall Creek Farm & Nursery, Inc.
Fall Creek is creating a world with better blueberries through its friendly, collaborative team spread across the globe. To help us accomplish this, we are seeking a qualified HR Coordinator - CS. This will be a hybrid position located in Eugene, Oregon.
The Fall Creek HR Coordinator - CS performs a variety of skilled administrative duties of moderate complexity in support of the HR Operations Manager, with a focus on global HR programs and Central Services.
What you'll do at Fall Creek:
- Assists with and provides administrative support in all aspects of HR programs, including areas of talent acquisition, benefits, compensation, performance management, training, employee relations, systems and various global HR programs.
- Supports staffing initiatives by drafting job descriptions, maintaining job description library, responding to and tracking applicants, scheduling candidate interviews and travel, conducting pre- and post-offer inquiries, and preparing new employee files. Submits online requests for background checks and coordinates required drug screens. Works closely with outsourced partners and staffing contractors.
- Audits and monitors data integrity within the global HR systems. Responsible for updating and maintaining accurate and timely data in the systems.
- Maintains the strictest confidentiality and discretion in the performance of job duties.
What you bring to Fall Creek:
- Typically requires an Associate’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or related field of study, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Requires 2+ years administrative support experience preferably in a human resources department.
- Ability to communicate effectively using tact, courtesy, and good judgment while representing the Company in a positive manner. Must have a high level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations and documentation.
- Highly proficient using Outlook, Word, Excel, SharePoint, PowerPoint, and DocuSign.
- Ability to prioritize work, follow through on a variety of requests and meet required deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills required.
- Ability to maintain a good working relationship with co-workers and to use good judgement in recognizing scope of authority.
- HRIS experience highly desired, preferably SuccessFactors and Paycom.
- Bilingual language skills (speak, read, write) in Spanish & English desired.
