Job Summary:

You will work behind-the-scenes to collaborate with colleagues and managers to help accomplish HR-related tasks. You will work with the Onboarding and Recruiting team.

As a Human Resources Assistant, you will:

• Be responsible for the onboarding and orientation
• Prepare paperwork for new hires and establish personnel files
• Gather information of new employee status
• Recruit for all locations in need
• Conduct pre screen interviews as well as scheduling interviews
• Work with the HR department to strategize new techniques for improvement areas

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Expert at Excel functions
• Google Drive
• Familiar with Multi State laws and regulations. Effective oral and written communication skills
• At least 1 years of experience in HR or similar position
• Familiar with paperless environment
• Able to exhibit a high level of confidentiality

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
