  • Assist with the recruitment process such as creating and posting job vacancies.
  • Employee relations (birthday emails, birthday cards, employee recognition).

. Assist in performance management procedure (Employee evaluations).

  • Coordinate training sessions (CPO).
  • Coordinate onboarding training (GROW).
  • Conduct exit interviews, 30/90 day employee feedback.
  • Workers' compensation reports, ensure the timely processing of medical bills. Complies facts and date regarding accident reports and filed cases. Completion of Safety observations.
  • Order inventory for office and maintenance staff and maintain log.
  • Order name badges and name tags.
  • Assist in coordinating employee events.
