Faulkton Senior Living, located in Faulkton, SD, is a 47-bed Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) with an additional 20-beds dedicated to Assisted Living (AL). We are seeking a Housing Manager to join our team. As a Housing Manager, you will promote the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being of our AL residents. CURRENT NEEDS: This is a full-time, benefits-eligible position.

Job Summary: Leading and directing the overall operations of the facility in accordance with customer needs, government regulations, and company policy and procedures. Emphasis on maintaining excellent care for the residents/tenants while achieving the facility's business objectives.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Post-secondary education with a Bachelor's degree is preferred.
• Experience in marketing, sales, and/or advertising.
• Minimum of two years management or supervisory experience in long-term care or acute care. Must be able to relate professionally, positively, and cooperatively with residents, residents' families and team members.
