Housekeeping Manager/Office Manager – Pine River Lodge
Position Summary:
Clean and supervise lodge Housekeepers Laundry Attendants and Housemen. Assign job tasks, inspect clean cabins, and continuously train staff.
Essential Functions:
- Always provide the highest quality of cleanliness.
- Supervise Housekeeping staff. Complete work schedule.
- Assign specific duties to staff for efficient operation of Housekeeping.
- When applicable Take all incoming calls and respond to the guest’s needs.
- Perform inventories of supplies and order for par levels
- Report all items in need of repair and maintain equipment used in work.
- Maintain guest safety and well-being; be courteous to all guests and co-workers.
- Ability to use various office software.
- Ensure that all associates have proper supplies, equipment.
- Assist in training new housekeepers
- Must be able to work a 40+ hour work week which may include weekends, holidays and on-call hours
- Treat all employees with respect.
Qualifications:
- At least 2-3 years previous leadership experience in Housekeeping.
- Computer literate in Microsoft Window applications preferred.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work cohesively as part of a team.

Pay: $40,000 - $60,000 annually
