Who We’re Looking For

Looking for a high-energy individual who is passionate about helping to create great vacation memories to enhance our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and performing the expert care, cleaning and presentation of a portfolio of homes working under the direction of our local Field Hospitality Manager. A day in the life might include: basic house cleaning duties inside and out, restocking of supplies and putting on the finishing touches before our guests arrive, as needed. This person has a can do will do attitude.

What You’ll Do

• This role will require you to balance urgency level and priorities on a consistent basis.
• Given we are somewhat seasonal, you will most likely be busiest when people are taking vacations-ie weekends, spring break, summer, etc.
• Keeping our homes clean and well-maintained with efficiency and quality will be of utmost importance. You are the last set of eyes before a guest or owner arrives.
• Traveling between multiple home locations is a must. Must be willing to use own personal reliable vehicle.
• No task is too small (or below you). Being willing/able to perform light home maintenance (install light bulbs, replace propane tank on grill, unclog a toilet, etc)
• Other responsibilities, as determined.

Skills You’ll Need

• Strong Organizational Proficiency: balancing competing priorities on a day to day and potentially minute by minute basis is a big part of this job.
• Good Communicator: being proactive on communication with your various team members in a concise and clear manner is extremely important. It saves you and them much needed time.
• Moderately Technical: we use several intuitive systems/software to manage various aspects of our business. While nothing is highly technical, we will want you to be very comfortable using your Smartphone when in the field.
• Eye For Detail - we take clean seriously at 979. Using our checklist and maintaining our standards is key. You are the last set of eyes on our homes before our valuable guests arrive.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds.
• Prefer someone with previous housekeeping experience and within 15 min of Surfside Beach. We will train the right person.

Base salary with commission structure.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21,000.00 - $26,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Holidays
• Weekend availability
