At Kalahari Resorts & Conventions, the Room Attendant gets to be part of the heart and soul of the resort! Work with a team of dedicated, hardworking individuals that flawlessly clean rooms and create memorable moments during our guests stay!
A Day in the Life
- We promise to deliver products and services beyond expectations
- Ensure cleanliness of rooms and suites
- Execute flawlessly for guests by putting linens on beds, vacuuming, dusting and everything else necessary to making sure the room exceeds our guests' standards
- Frequent breakfasts, meals or other perks provided to the department to celebrate successes and large turn days
- Earn performance bonuses to increase your earning rate!
- Experience a total team effort daily
- Plenty of advancement opportunities!
Starting Rate: $15.00/hr, plusup to an extra $4/hr for performance incentives!
- Performance Incentives include open availability, prefect attendance, and quality & productivity criteria.
