The Oklahoma County Crisis Intervention Center (OCCIC) is a psychiatric and substance abuse crisis center located in OKC. It provides 24/7 care for individuals in crisis for up to 5 days, not including weekends and holidays. Treatment philosophy to be trauma sensitive, co-occurring, person centered recovery oriented in nature. This position will perform a variety of custodial and housekeeping duties, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, disposing of trash, and other cleaning duties. Some positions may also have responsibilities involving the disposal of hazardous materials or other restricted items.
Qualifications: Six months in experience in building or institutional custodial work or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Must have knowledge of proper procedures for disposing of waste, including medically contaminated sharps and/or medically soiled and contaminated dressings and supplies; and of chemical product safety.
Salary: $26, 208.20.00/ $12.60 hourly (plus benefits)
